As a U.S. veteran with a degree in Network Management and Cybersecurity and over 10 years of hands-on experience in IT and managed service environments, I bring a proven, solutions-driven approach to resolving real-world technology challenges. My work includes implementing secure network and cloud solutions, troubleshooting performance issues, software failures, and cybersecurity incidents, and diagnosing and repairing hardware such as batteries, keyboards, displays, and USB-C ports. I also have experience with system administration, including managing Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, OneDrive, and SharePoint, as well as supporting financial and business applications across a wide range of environments, including small businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, and professional offices such as law and architecture firms.
